Do callers know they are talking to an AI?
The assistant is a voice assistant, not a recording, and it is set up to be clear and polite. We can tune how it introduces itself to suit your business.
Can it put calls through to me?
Yes. For urgent calls or anything better handled by a person, it can transfer the caller to you directly. You decide when that happens.
Do I need a new website for this?
No. Call answering is a standalone service. Use the number anywhere you list your business.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly services can be cancelled by either side with 30 days’ written notice. There is no long-term contract beyond that notice period.
