How billing works.
Why is the entry website plan priced so low?
On purpose. We would rather have more local businesses online with a good site than chase a big build fee. We earn our margin on the services you choose to add later (an AI chatbot, call answering, advertising and so on) and only if they are worth it to you. None of them is required.
How is one-time work paid for?
For one-time work such as a website build, a deposit is due when you sign and before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Monthly services are billed automatically each month.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly services can be cancelled by either side with 30 days’ written notice. There is no long-term contract beyond that notice period.
Who owns my website?
Once the initial fee is paid, you own the final content and design we deliver. The underlying template, code framework and our own tools stay ours and are licensed to you while your monthly service is active. If you cancel, we give you a copy of your site’s content and reasonable help moving the hosting elsewhere.
Do annual chatbot plans cost less?
Yes. Paying annually saves 10% on Basic and Full and 20% on Standard.
Is ad spend included in advertising management?
No. Your ad budget is set by you and paid to the ad platforms. Our management is quoted separately so you can always see both.
